Story
Len has always been keen to raise awareness of motor neurone disease, to help educate the general public about the condition and how it effects someone living with the disease. This has included speaking out about how important the Blue Badge parking system is for disabled people and educating people in supermarkets who query why he can't hold items, or why his speech is slurred / his mobility is clumsy. MND can impact on people's lives in different ways: but if everyone was more accepting and understanding it would make life a lot easier for people who already have to cope with the disease on a daily basis.
